The 24th Experience Prayer

Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You with hearts humbled and yearning for Your presence. Just as Nehemiah 9 reminds us of Your unshakable faithfulness, we recognize our need for Your grace in every moment. You are the God who has always been with us, even when we’ve wandered far from Your will.

Lord, forgive us for the times we have turned our backs on You, for the times we’ve ignored Your voice, and for the moments we’ve sought satisfaction in things that can never fill us. You are our rock, our refuge, and our deliverer—without You, we are lost. Help us to remember Your goodness and to draw near to You with a repentant heart.

Isaiah 58 calls us to true worship—worship that moves beyond rituals and into heartfelt obedience, where we fast not for appearance but for transformation. God, teach us to live with compassion, to break the chains of injustice, and to reach out to those who are hurting and oppressed. We don’t want to merely go through the motions of worship; we desire to be a reflection of Your love, Your mercy, and Your righteousness in the world.

Show us where we have been selfish, where we have ignored the cries of the broken, and help us to walk humbly before You, seeking Your will and not our own. We desire to be closer to You, God—closer than ever before. As we humble ourselves, break our hearts for the things that break Yours, and open our ears to Your voice, we ask for the strength to follow Your lead. In the Name of Jesus, we ask for transformation in our lives and for a renewed passion to serve You with pure hearts. May we be vessels of Your mercy and ambassadors of change in this world, for Your glory and honor. Amen and Amen!
