Wise people are builders — they build families, businesses, communities. And through intelligence and insight their enterprises are established and endure. Because of their skilled leadership, the hearts of people are filled with the treasures of wisdom and the pleasures of spiritual wealth. Wisdom can make anyone into a mighty warrior, and revelation-knowledge increases strength. Wise strategy is necessary to wage war, and with many astute advisers you’ll see the path to victory more clearly. Proverbs 24:3-6 The Passion Translation
There is nowhere in God’s Word to “retire” from our calling, “vocation.” You have wisdom, more patience, some expert experiences, a laborious journey, a process, or strategies to really help others advance in their lives, faith, and businesses especially if nothing else for the younger generations.
I sense in this moment that I am writing specifically to someone, and you know this is for you. It isn't a coincidence for this much needed confirmation. Get up!
So, with this in mind and breath in our lungs and energy flowing in our bodies, here’s a question for each of us to reconsider regarding our families, businesses, employment, ministries, or communities. Who or what have you been called to build?
